2012 and Younger Birth Years - for the 24/25 Season

Chatham Youth Hockey club participates in the Morris County Youth Hockey League (MCYHL) for mites, squirts, and peewees.  All games are out of Mennen Arena and take place from mid-October to mid-March.  The schedule changes each week with mites and squirts having games on Saturday and/or Sunday at varying times.  Peewees can play Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday again at varying times each week.  There are approximately a total of 16-20 games. The change in time each week allows for participation in other sports, club teams, and activities.  

Full gear is required to play for Chatham Youth Hockey (see below).   The mites (2016 and younger) are broken into two sides (advanced and beginner) and will play half-ice, 1-hour games.  The squirts (2015&2014 birth years) and Pee-wees (2013&2012 birth years) play full-ice and games are 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Chatham Youth Hockey does not offer practices, however the MCYHL offers skill clinics throughout the season (https://www.mcyhl.net/clinic).  There are also private clubs in the area that offer skating lessons, ADM/Learn-to-play, and Learn-to-play sessions by the NY Rangers and NJ Devils.

2010 &2011 Birth Years - Middle School League - for the 24/25 Season

The middle school league is out of Sportscare Arena in Randolph, NJ. Full equipment is required.  Games are predominantly weekend nights (mostly Sunday) and vary in time. The season begins in early Sept and runs thru late Nov, consisting of 8-10 regular season games plus playoffs.

The Chatham Middle School team won the 2023 championships!
